In shot blast machines, a high speed, paddle-bladed wheel propels media onto component
surfaces.
We have expanded the possibilities in dryblast cleaning and surface finishing by combining
a line-up of specially designed and adapted automatic machines with expertise in the full
range of blast media, including many non-abrasive engineered materials for cleaning of
molds, dies and other precision tooling.
B & M Industries media reclamation and dust separation system is more sensitive than
that found in ordinary shot blast equipment. This enables use of finer media,
including microscopic beads that clean gently without causing erosion or dimensional
change and other impact treatment media that create very unusual surface finishes on
modern materials.
B&M shot blast systems are ruggedly built for continuous use, with heavy cast Ni-Hard
armor to provide superior protection of all areas directly exposed to the blast stream.
