| SPRAY WASH Parts are jet sprayed with a heated aqueous solution while the basket is
rotated.
This process loosens and flushes away larger contamination |
SPRAY TUMBLE WASH
While the parts are still submerged in the aqueous solution, they are
jet sprayed at the same time.
The tumbling action, combined with the aggressive movement of the
immersion solution from the jet spraying, provides unparalleled cleaning action. |
SPRAY WASH The
immersion solution is drained from the wash vestibule and the final particles of
contamination are jet sprayed away. |
SPRAY RINSE All remaining contamination is removed during the rinse cycle. Rinse
effluent can either be returned to the wash solution tank or dumped over board via an
external valve. A heated recirculating rinse is also available. |
TUMBLE RINSE Parts are tumbled gently while submerged in the aqueous rinse solution. |
COMPRESSED AIR-DRY The tumbling action will remove most of the water from the parts. Water that
remains is blasted away by a compressed air blow-off directed thorough a strategically
placed air knife (utilizing a customer supplied air source.) |
