Ultrasonic Systems

Ultrasonic cleaning systems consisting of wash, rinse and dry stations in a single console.  B&M Industries systems offer the ultimate ultrasonic cleaning for both laboratory and industry.  Standard configurations are available, but the majority of users require a customized system to meet their manufacturing needs

All B&M systems incorporate standard features including stainless steel construction of tanks, enclosure, framework and plumbing, ergometrically positioned controls, tank insulation and thermostatically controlled heat.  Other options can be easily and economically incorporated at the time the systems are built.  The available options include oil coalescing systems, de-ionized water systems, sparger, filtration, and mechanical agitation or turbulation to supplement the ultrasonic cleaning process.  Various other options and system configurations are also readily engineered.

B&M systems can be completely automated with the addition of   microprocessor controlled CAL Series material handling systems. These systems range from a single articulated arm which moves baskets one at a time through the process stations to a complete "walking beam" which assures maximum utilization of the system by having each process station in use at all times.
